Although cheese is generally high in saturated fat
that increases several unwanted disorders including cardiovascular disease but
if such cheese which is lower in fat and sodium is consumed then it benefits in
various ways: -
Cheese
has excellent concentration of compulsory nutrients like protein and calcium.
It also has zinc, vitamin a, vitamin b, phosphorus and riboflavin. These
components helps to maintain human health.

of cavity - As cheese is the richest source of calcium so it helps to promote
strong teeth to prevent cavity.

health - Calcium and vitamin b both are ingredients of cheese. Vitamin B
enhances absorption of calcium in the body to strengthen bones as well as
cartilages.

care - Biotin and zinc are present as components in cheese. Both play vital
roles for strong and healthy hair.
